On Saturday March 27th the Dresden Firefighters were able to surprise Firefighter Bill McBrayne with a celebration in honour of his 25 years of service as a volunteer firefighter at Station #6 Dresden.
The evening included a delicious dinner prepared by the firefighters and Patti Pray. After dinner Firefighter John Collison, Firefighter Jim Konc, Captain Bob Kucera, Former Chief Ron Law, Deputy Chief Al Pray and Chief Brad Tuckwell all gave speeches in tribute to Bill’s years of service.
Bill was presented with a gold helmet and an engraved presentation axe.
